  • The item is in the same condition as delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items

Return Process

  2. Our support team will guide you through the approval and shipping process.

  3. Send the product back in its original condition.

Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be issued via store credit, bank transfer, or original payment method (choose one or specify options).

  • Refund processing time is 3–7 business days.

Exchange Option

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • You may select another product of equal or higher value.

  • Any difference in cost must be paid by the customer.

We will arrange a free replacement.
